A mute and dumb man with a criminal record harasses a young couple. The man manages to convince the law, acquaintances, and colleagues that he is innocent. His crimes range from groping pubescent girls and violent rapes when he was in high school. One school after another expels him but somehow he manages to evade the law until he gets to university. There his criminal intents escalate and result in one woman having her cervix removed. He is finally arrested and sentenced but escapes and finds the couple. His victim ends up dead and his girlfriend paralyzed.
